Job Description

As a Regional Manager at Driveline, you will be a key member of our highly tactical field operations team managing critical, high velocity, large scale retail activity for the largest retailers and consumer goods companies in the U.S. including Dollar General, Walmart, Lowe’s Home Improvement, Delhaize, and Walgreens. You will provide daily management and tactical execution guidance to your regional team of 10-15 District Managers who manage over 1200+ Driveline in-store associates executing category resets, audits, continuity product services, new item cut-ins, and promotional activations.

Job Requirements

If You Possess the Skills and Motivation To:

  • Hire, train, and develop your District Management team for optimal performance
  • Provide daily, hands-on tactical execution guidance to your field team
  • Communicate daily with your team and client field personnel via phone or video conference
  • Travel regularly with your District field team and client field personnel
  • Manage to defined KPIs to drive corporate and client initiatives
  • Manage regional spending against corporate and program budgets

  • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of direct, tactical team management experience
